Step 01
Every great kit starts with a conversation. Reach out to our team via the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone, whichever way suits you best. Tell us about your team, your sport, your squad size, your color preferences, and any design ideas or inspiration you already have in mind.
Not sure where to start? No problem at all. Our design team will guide you through every decision from the very beginning, from choosing your fabric to picking your collar style. You bring the passion, we bring the expertise.
What to prepare for Step 1:
- Your sport and team name
- Approximate number of players and kit quantity
- Your club colors or color preferences
- Any existing badge, logo or crest files
- Any design inspiration or reference images
- Your preferred delivery timeline
Step 02
Once we have your brief our design team gets straight to work. We create a fully custom kit concept built entirely around your club's identity, incorporating your colors, patterns, badge, player names, numbers, sponsor logos and any other specific requirements you have shared with us.
You will receive a detailed digital mockup showing your finished kit from every angle, front, back and sides. Every detail is visible before a single piece of fabric is cut. If something is not quite right we refine, adjust and revise until every element is exactly as you want it. We do not move forward until you are completely satisfied with the design.
What happens in Step 2:
- Full custom design concept created by our team
- Digital mockup delivered for your review
- Unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy
- Design sign off confirmed before moving forward
- All print techniques — sublimation, DTG, DTF, embroidery considered at this stage
Step 03
Before a single bulk kit goes into production we manufacture a physical sample kit for your personal review. This is one of the most important steps in our process, and one that sets 6th Stage apart from most other teamwear suppliers.
Your sample is delivered directly to you. Hold it in your hands. Try it on. Feel the fabric quality, check the badge embroidery, inspect the name and number print, examine every stitch and every finish up close. Request any final adjustments if needed, and only when you give us your full approval do we move forward into full bulk production.
No bulk commitment until you are 100% satisfied. That is our promise to every club we work with.
What to check in your sample:
- Overall fit and cut of the garment
- Fabric quality, weight and feel
- Color accuracy against your approved design
- Badge and logo placement and finish
- Name and number print quality and positioning
- Collar style, sleeve length and overall construction
Step 04
With your sample approved and your order confirmed, full bulk production begins immediately under strict quality control at every single stage. Every kit in your order is individually checked for color consistency, print accuracy, fabric quality and overall finish before it is carefully packed for delivery.
Your completed order is then shipped directly to your club, school or university, free of charge anywhere in Germany, carefully packed, right on time and ready for your first training session or match day. We keep you updated throughout the production and delivery process so you always know exactly where your order stands.
